What is True Wealth?
Wealth is the condition of having loads of monetary and material possessions that serve as the necessary means in order to survive like keeping a tummy full or paying the monthly bills for telephone, water and electricity services. However, inquisitive people still tend to ask the question: what is true wealth?
A wealthy life is often envisioned as a person who has everything from big houses to cool cars and the financial capability to travel the world or buy really expensive things. Some people claim that true wealth comprises of the things that money cannot buy like happiness, time, friendship, family and love.
Wealth should not be determined on what a person has but it should be recognized with what he or she does to achieve it and preserve it. Furthermore, the question “What do you do for a living?” should not be the basis of identifying if a person is wealthy or not.
Every time you go to work, you should have at least that feeling of opening a Christmas present: excitement in finding out what’s inside the gift wrapped box. If you do, then you have found a desired job occupation that can lead you a step closer to having true wealth.
How would you know if you already have true wealth? When you have the complete control over how you spend the hours of your day. True wealth will allow you control time in balancing work and personal life so you can say goodbye to the long hours spent on working.
With that, you will no longer be stressed or deprived of bonding moments with family or friends and can spend as much time as you want with them. Majority of the people believe that wealth and happiness are connected with each other.
If their wealth picks up, the happiness level remains steady but if wealth drops off, so will the feeling of happiness. However, it is worth mentioning that people who have acquired true wealth should consider the sense of contentment with their accomplishment instead of just happiness alone for it can open the doors of new promises in expanding success.
The words “true wealth” often appears to have the same meaning with money as people highlight the importance of having lots of money in order to survive. However, only a couple of individuals really understand what true wealth really is. Living a prosperous life means you have already understood every single phase from self-awareness to identifying the purpose of life and showing commitment to maintaining happiness and helping other people in need.
Some people deem that true wealth has got nothing to do with money. Having true wealth could sometimes simply mean getting hold of the capability to enjoy the tiny and common things that life can bring.
Your personal achievement on true wealth can make a change in other people’s lives as they try to understand and improve theirs. You can share some tips or even become an aid to them in achieving their dreams, managing a wealthy life and making the right decisions in spending or saving their earned money.
